GBscam, look another company I asked them to deliver my good sooner because they told me might takes extra 3 weeks, asked me to pay $200 more so I did. And suddenly they give my job to different moving company "Carefree Movers Inc, Ames, IA 50010 their help desk told me someone will call me within a week to give me the date actually will deliver. However delivery guy told me exact date he will deliver my goods and told me 2-3 hrs away and asked me to pay extra $400 because my goods are small and they have to use small truck which make no sense. Gave me no final receipt which cost me $2953.75 that I thought I only spend $2300. Called Carefrree Movers and Vangurd Movers. Call them no answer and no reply for my emails. This is scam I never experience before. I think I will contact better business bureau if they don't reply my email and or they not provided me my final invoice.

GBRUN FAR AWAY FROM VANGUARD! SCAM! SNAKES! Vanguard Moving Services is a brokerage moving company. What I discovered is they play the greedy middle man and will say anything they need to make a sale! I don't know who within their organization is writing the 5 star reviews but those reviews are NOTHING BUT FALSE. Horrible company that is disorganized and full of LIARS! They are thieves that make fraudulent statements and double the price of your move just days before pickup and after you already give a down payment. I caught 3 employee's in 3 different lies because they told me false information just to make the sale. When I asked for things in writing, they back peddled fast! I felt very comfortable with my move up until 4 days before the moving truck arrived. Vanguard did a quality assurance call making sure they had a list of all the items that would go on the truck; I added a couple small items like an ironing board, mirror, curtain rods, and three bar stools. At that point in time, after already putting down a $2,500 deposit and no way to hire another company in time for my move, they DOUBLED my cost from $4800 to $9600. They were trying to say I now needed a full truck…. BOGUS! When trying to refute this with customer service, they talked in circles and admitted to all the false information I was told during the sales process. Laura and Brian were very unorganized and often became rude if challenged. They couldn’t even keep move dates straight… horrible communication. It gets worse! The moving company that Vanguard hired to actually move my stuff since they are just the broker showed up 6 hours late. BH Relocation Inc was very pushy and used personal intimidations efforts to get paid more. They demanded another payment on the spot. When I arrived in my new city, the company put out an ad and got one poor sole to unpack the entire truck himself. They broke a handful of items and the process to get reimbursed was a nightmare. Overall Vangaurd Moving Services is a SCAM! SNAKES! They prey on people during an already stressful, expensive time. I NEVER would recommend this company to anyone. RUN FAR AWAY FROM VANGUARD!

GBWorst service ever Worst service ever. Difficult to reach. Changed the pick up times frequently until it became almost impossible to set up a time to actually move.

GBSCAM DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY This is a broker company that will subcontract out the work to the lowest bid in your area. Two nobodies in a rented truck showed up to send my stuff into storage? Odd that it takes 3 weeks to do a drive it took me a day to do. The sales team is engaging in fraud there's no doubt about it. The low ball quotes are just that, low ball to lock in deposit. I've contacted the BBB

CAAvoid Vanguard Moving LLC of Boca Raton, FL!!! This company uses fake profiles to create positive reviews. They are thieves and vandals. Vanguard Moving LLC out of Boca Raton, FL is a total scam company. They are a shell company that several companies use in order to rip off consumers. They will give you a low ball, FAKE “locked in quote” but will hold your items hostage for 4 times the supposed quote. When you don’t pay or you can’t pay, they will not return your belongings. We had to call an FBI agent after filing a formal complaint with the FMCSA. They refused to unload our stuff without being given two cashiers checks for $8500 after they quoted us $3606. We had paid $3000 upon pickup thinking we would pay the remaining $606 upon delivery. They broke all our furniture, crushed our boxes, broken the heads off our natively statues, failed to deliver several large items like our safe, flat screen TV, a chaise lounge, and they never brought our box springs. See our photos on Google reviews. They left 80% of all our stuff on the street. This company is under investigation for Federal Fraud charges. They are also a “broker” even though they present themselves as a moving company. They are NOT licensed for interstate moves. This company also uses the Good Name of Vanguard Moving from Massachusetts as a cover when people see the negative reviews (causing that company damage and bad reviews). You should also see their F Rating on the BBB website, be sure to use Boca Raton, FL to see this Vanguard’s actual BBB page. Avoid this company at all costs!! Also, proof that they have friends and employees making fake positive reviews is that within 24 hours of my post here, new positive posts popped up. Before my Google review, they weren’t even on TrustPilot. Their shadiness is so obvious it’s offensive.
