Ridiculous rigid policies I liked the technician who came to my house, but the company had extremely ridiculous and rigid policies that made it impossible for me to continue with them. They wanted me to sign a contract that they could send their technician whenever it was convenient for THEM (not me) and that I had to make my property accessible any time they wanted to come. I have locked gates and the treatment was for inside and outside, and I was not willing to leave my property unlocked in case they decided to drop in some day. I do not ever want to see someone creeping around my house unannounced. They do not seem to understand the concept of "customer service" in their policies. I switched to a company that has no problem scheduling an appointment at MY convenience.

I haven't had a single spider web since I hired your company Since hiring your company I have not had a single spider web. And now with the termite control system installed with 100% protection garantee we feel safe and comfortable our house will remain in the condition it is. Safe from insect infestation.

We were having issues with mice… We were having issues with mice entering our space. Called Go-Forth Pest, they arrived promptly, were professional and knowledgeable and we haven't had any ongoing problem since we've been working with them.

Excellent Technician James arrived on time (in fact a few minutes early). He was courteous, professional, and went straight to work. He did a thorough check of all premises and completed all treatments necessary. When finished, he gave me a report on what he found (all good). Highly recommend.

This company is the most unethical company. Thieves! This company is the most unethical company I have ever deal with. They changed they way they charged my credit card, without notifying me. In addition, when I call them to get my money refunded, they declined even though they had not provided the service. I had to get a claim thru my credit card so I could get my money back. I won the case because they did not have any proof I authorized the charges, and they had not provided the services. Thieves!
