Great company! My service has always been done by the same person so I have been able to build confidence for knowing what to expect. The serviceman is personable, but more importantly excellent at his job. I can ask questions and know about my service. He is not intrusive, but does the job well and leaves a notice. I have been pleased with the results too. This is a company with a hometown feel, but professional service. I am totally satisfied.

GoForth is great and our Tech is the best! We love working with GoForth and have had them service our house since we moved in in 2007! We would recommend them to anyone! Paul, our technician is always super friendly and professional and willing to come out even in an emergency! Once, the day before Thanksgiving, when we were ready to have a house of guests, we had to call him to deal with a problem and he came without a moment's hesitation! We would DEFINITELY without a doubt recommend GoForth to anyone (and we have)!

Billng With the previous Elium exterminators, was more clear about what I was paying for. New service requires being attached to a monthly payment and I never agreed to that! I prefer a service actually performed before I pay!

Very unimpressed Last month, when the person who portrayed himself as the one running the company that had taken over Elium, had a long conversation with me before performing any services. I was clear about not looking for a program that would take care of fleas and ticks, which he attempted to talk me into. I was, however, concerned about ants. He assured me that the regular program that we had been part of for a number of years with Elium, would take care of the ants totally. Wrong. They have been worse than they have ever been. We have been going crazy trying to get rid of them, because the 'professionals' from Go Forth Pest & Lawn not only didn't get rid of them, it seems they made it worse. This is the reason we have no yet paid the invoice.

Excellent Technician James arrived on time (in fact a few minutes early). He was courteous, professional, and went straight to work. He did a thorough check of all premises and completed all treatments necessary. When finished, he gave me a report on what he found (all good). Highly recommend.
