GBI have issue with the pricing for the… I have issue with the pricing for the filters which is super high. Just seems like a way to keep getting more money from the customers. The tech was great though!

GBSTAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! Have been trying for around 1 1/2 years to get someone to come out to look at the Westinghouse softener and RO AquaLife of Houston installed. Impossible to talk to anyone and when you do just excuses and delays. They will take your money for install but don't ever count on service or even following through on any of the commitments the salesman made.

GBTechnician was excellent and even went… Technician was excellent and even went over stuff that the product demonstrators and installation technician did not. Not a fan of the price of the filters but have not had any issues with the system since it’s installation 1 year ago.

GBBoth young men that came to our door… Both young men that came to our door were very professional, polite and courteous. Went above and beyond to demonstrate and explain questions that we had. Work was done quietly ab accurate at this point. Chris cleaned up after his installation his instructions to the working of the equipment was precise and to the point.
