Love the water softner experience… Love the water softner experience throughout the house, hair and skin soft, use to have a problem with really dry skin because of thyroid disease. Also love cooking with the water. The maintenance service is great, the technician was very nice and knowledgeable. The only thing I was not happy about was when they installed the system, they did not explain there would be additional maintenace fees, was informed at the time was included in the warranty. But overall a great experience.

Aqua Life I purchased my system a year ago from Aqua Life. They came out last week to service the system which was not a good experience. However, with that being said I did reach out to their management to voice my concern and displeasure. They had another tech come out today and it was a totally different experience. He did a great job. I am glad management took my concerns and feedback seriously and made things right.

Both young men that came to our door… Both young men that came to our door were very professional, polite and courteous. Went above and beyond to demonstrate and explain questions that we had. Work was done quietly ab accurate at this point. Chris cleaned up after his installation his instructions to the working of the equipment was precise and to the point.

I have issue with the pricing for the… I have issue with the pricing for the filters which is super high. Just seems like a way to keep getting more money from the customers. The tech was great though!
