GBMy dryer broke down My dryer broke down and I didn't want to go and buy a new one just like that... decided to book through Puls and perhaps someone can push some life in this thing and they did! The tech they sent took about 20 minutes and got it working again... Saved me a lot of money and was barely a hassle. Thanks again.

GBComplete garbage service Complete garbage service. Scheduled multiple appointments and stayed home from work only to have them tell me they needed to rebook as the appointment time approached. I could have gotten repair techs out from another service earlier if I hadnโt wasted time on this terrible company. Never again! Do yourself a favor and find someone else who will actually show up.

GBPuls warranty is not worth it Got the Puls warranty package to save on repairs. But was not told about still having to pay service fees for ppl to come out. In my opinion that doesnโt make sense. If I have membership that is paid monthly why have service fees. Then I cancelled the membership and was charged for cancellation. Itโs not worth the 15% savings toward services.

GBMy technician was great My technician was great! He was here within the time frame that was quoted, and called before he got here to tell me he was on his way. He was able to fix the problem quickly and showed me how to use the disposal properly. The app needs to have a way to add pictures so you can document the model and serial numbers.
