Always get quotes I had a plumbing issue, and they sent out a tech right away. The tech gave a quote of $5500, and the allowance for repair was $500. After calling around I found a certified technician to do the repair for a fraction of the cost. I would say to shop around and not go with the first tech that is sent out, unless it’s fully covered. The reimbursing process is simple. Overall I’m satisfied with the service that was provided throughout the process.
