GBProfessional and kind! Hello, I received a phone call from Nathan to set up my home warranty today. I was interested in covering my appliances, ac unit, water heater, etc. Nathan was able to answer all of my questions. He was very pleasant, courteous, and very helpful. He even helped me save money today. Thank you so much!

GBNo GOOD they wont answer calls or email been… they wont answer calls or email been trying to get ahold of them for a month and i can't filed a claim and i have heard nothing from them i want my money back.

GBGreat service and problem solving So thankful this home warranty sent out a reliable garage door company. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. He didn’t try to up sell or pressure me into buying anything. That was a nice change.

GBSCAM This company's customer service number no longer works, keep getting message not a working number 888-8121060. Poor customer service when I filed a claim. They take too long to service claim. I had to pay for repairs myself just to get it done. I then called them back for refund. They said they have to have some claim account manager to call me back to finalize the refund. No one called. I call them and keep getting same response. Then suddenly their phone doesn't work. I thought they blocked me so I tried from different mobile numbers and same results. Stay away from this company. I don't know if they went bankrupt or what.
