GBThis company is a scam. I've had this policy for about a year now. I've had one claim for a leaky washer that's still leaking to this day. Multiple service calls and now I'm trying to call once again and I find that their website portal is there but I can't log into it, I get a 403 error. The phone number on the website doesn't work. I had to google for a legit phone number and as per usual, I get the answering service that is staffed by the most unhelpful lot. I have placed multiple calls and have yet to receive one and you can't ask for a manager because there just isn't one. I also found that they stopped charging my policy premium for last two months so do I even have a policy any more?

GBPriority Home NO Service I’ve had the policy since March 2022. Made first claim in February 2023. According to my account, my last call to Priority was June 2020. My first and only claim is date December 12, 2023. If Priority’s dates look funky, it’s because they are! I haven’t heard from them about the claim. The phone numbers don’t work. I can’t find an email address. The Contact button on the website doesn’t work. I have no way to contact Priority. I want my money back! It’s no good having a warranty if I can’t get service!

GBMarcus Allen was very helpful Marcus Allen was very helpful. He explained things clearly and did not pressure me when I said I wanted to check the company and coverages out before I committed. He has been responsive and helpful via text since then. A very good customer service person.

GBFixed my hot water in the winter My water heater suddenly stopped working last week in the morning & having 3 kids my morning came to a screeching halt. My wife decided to get a policy with Priority & she made the call. I can say I am thoroughly pleased as in less than 24 hours my family & I were able to take warm showers. The plumbers were courteous, did not leave any trace that they were even in my home. I am definitely glad I listened to my wife lol. Thank you guys again!!

GBProfessional and kind! Hello, I received a phone call from Nathan to set up my home warranty today. I was interested in covering my appliances, ac unit, water heater, etc. Nathan was able to answer all of my questions. He was very pleasant, courteous, and very helpful.
