Thomas was great. Professionalism and helpfulness, updates on status, quick turnaround....from Thomas. (He was stellar.) Victoria, not so much. She called me while I was filling out the form, to tell me how to fill out the form, and gave me wrong information. She called me back to tell me to redo the whole thing. Tried to only speak with Thomas after that.

Absolutely amazing service!! Absolutely amazing service!!! I could not be happier with hello gov. I found their site when looking to renew my passport in a hurry for a last minute trip. I opted for the 3-4 week speed option since I had almost 6 weeks when I started the process. I got my passport back in less than 2 weeks (12 days from when I shipped out my package)!!! Their website was very user friendly. Their AI chatbot is one of the smartest I’ve ever interacted with which was a nice plus. I was assigned someone who was readily available by call/text to assist me throughout the whole process, made sure I had everything perfect before mailing it out, and who gave updates on the process once my package was received by the state department. Overall I could not be more pleased with hello gov and will definitely be recommending and using again when the time comes. This was not sponsored and I paid full price for services, I’m just genuinely so happy with everything!

Excellent Service, thank you Victoria Your company absolutely saved me and it was great to work with Victoria who handled the whole process from start to finish (doesn't always happen in customer service, so very thankful I had one go-to person who knew all parts of the process). I work in the travel sector and travel significantly to destinations around the world that take up full pages of my passport with visas. I came to HelloGov and had the great pleasure of working with Victoria who quite literally saved me as I had to travel within two weeks and my passport had only two pages left, few countries allow you to travel with one with so few blank pages. The process was so smooth, I had the added obstacle of living in London but managed to ship my passport to a friend living in the US who shipped it to HelloGov's office, and then they managed to get the new passport within a week time and had my friend ship it back to me in London. Passport concierge... Truly understanding the details of the service at first was a bit confusing, but the team was wonderful clarifying everything and guiding the process in granular detail. Victoria and Thomas provided white glove support, were extremely available and responsive particularly in a time-sensitive situation.
