I opted for the 3-4 week speed option since I had almost 6 weeks when I started the process. I got my passport back in less than 2 weeks (12 days from when I shipped out my package)!!! Their website was very user friendly. Their AI chatbot is one of the smartest I’ve ever interacted with which was a nice plus. I was assigned someone who was readily available by call/text to assist me throughout the whole process, made sure I had everything perfect before mailing it out, and who gave updates on the process once my package was received by the state department. Overall I could not be more pleased with hello gov and will definitely be recommending and using again when the time comes. The staff was extremely thorough, responsive, and organized. I worked with Victoria who clearly outlined exactly what I needed to do- and even double checked my documents before I mailed everything in. I couldn't believe that I received my new passport back within 1 WEEK!!! For something that is typically very stressful, this passport experience was by far the best I've had.
