Coping skills It’s really helping me understand the inner part of my triggers and giving me great tools/coping skills to deal with that.

Excellent app I am embarking a journey of self care and I wanted to start learning of connecting with my 3 children! This app is easy to use and the lessons are relevant for parents to apply to our daily lives in our interaction with our children! As for me mom of 3 little ones my oldest is 8, 5 and almost 3 I was struggling internally not knowing what I should do! The one thing I learnt I need to fuel myself internally soothing self talk, I need to fill up my own tank so that I can connect with my children and I don't need to yell at them to get their attention! I'm still on level 2 but I really looking forward to learn every single day about how to be an effective parent that doesn't need to threaten yell to get them to listen or connect with me!

SCAM I totally agree with this fellow comment: I was SCAMED into monthly charges. I signed up for the 28 day challenge. There was no mention of subscriptions or recurring billing. They are deceptive lying cheats. Their advertising convinces you that it is only a 28 day challenge. Only found out after a few months had passed. Also only I only did 9 challenges because they are worthless anyway. Anyone can copy and paste a bunch of psychology buzzwords about communication and make an app. They did just that with the intent to pray on the stressed out parent who is just trying to better themself.
