GB28 day no yelling challenge I am at my wits end. I have two rambunctious toddlers at home who both crave attention from me. I find myself getting more and more agitated and quick to yell than ever before. I signed up for the no yelling challenge. I’m two days in, and while I have still yelled, I am happy with the knowledge I am gaining from the daily lessons. I am hopeful that I’ll be able to kick the yelling habit and really understand what my triggers are and how to create a more peaceful home.

GBIt's great advice It's great advice. But I'd like a personal coach too for when I have questions. Even if it's takes a minute to get back to me.

GBCalm Control It's good to have a calm mindset, but that's a learned thing for me and PL has been a great tool to get me back on track. My kid really responds to it, and our days are getting easier again.

KHSCAM I totally agree with this fellow comment: I was SCAMED into monthly charges. I signed up for the 28 day challenge. There was no mention of subscriptions or recurring billing. They are deceptive lying cheats. Their advertising convinces you that it is only a 28 day challenge. Only found out after a few months had passed. Also only I only did 9 challenges because they are worthless anyway. Anyone can copy and paste a bunch of psychology buzzwords about communication and make an app. They did just that with the intent to pray on the stressed out parent who is just trying to better themself.
