Our experience with TaxRise has been… Our experience with TaxRise has been mostly negative starting with our first conversation when they told us they can save us $4k right away and possibly more later. Turns out they did save us $4k and only that amount after charging us $6k for that service. also, the process took forever, they would email us asking us to respond immediately and when we did, they took their time getting back to us. the last issue (which is still ongoing is that they offered to help file our current taxes and are still working on it months later (they even tried to file it and it was rejected because of an income that other accountants and H&R block didn't have an issue with in the past. Stay away and please avoid!!!

Highly Disappointed!! I started working with this company in October 2023. I was assured they could help me. They kept asked me to send Tax documentation all the time, which I have/did. We had conference calls sometime when needed. However, this month I started getting Letters from the IRS threatening to place a Liew, Garnish my wages etc. I called my Agent, Bianca, only to find out she is on Maternity Leave (she did not tell me). I've attempted to contact the phone number, email etc., to contact someone but to no avail. These people deduct from my checking account $104 each month for their assistance. I called the IRS today to prevent the Lien of my property & garnishment of my income and got back on the payment program. Don't believe the hipe!! I've requested that all my income information be returned to me. The only thing this company did for me was to delay the original payments... but I'm still out of lots of money I've paid to them monthly. Get right with the IRS to prevent this from happening to you. My stress level & Blood Pressure is "through the roof" tHIS MONTH HAS BEEN A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE BECAUSE OF THIS COMPANY.
