They are very slow They are very slow, unprofessional and charge you for every single email. Using them with the purchase of a flat, I did most of the work by chasing the lender and the agency and even the seller while solicitor team John Blake sat on their ass and did nothing most of the days. They even lied that they haven’t received documents when they did, every response or communication I would have would always be with a different person saying different things. Giving incorrect information most of the time and mostly they charge a lot more than the stated at the start, and they are not cheap to begin with. I would recommend stay away and find cheaper ones because these will just waste your time, money and nerves.

Poor response I phoned six weeks ago , explained to receptionist, and then I assume a paralegal, what I needed to make an appointment for. She took all the details and assured me that she would return my call that afternoon, or the next day at the latest . Never heard another word .... six weeks later still no response . Needless to say I went elsewhere. Only chose this particular firm due to positive reviews... unfortunately there is nothing that I can say that is positive !!
