Using them with the purchase of a flat, I did most of the work by chasing the lender and the agency and even the seller while solicitor team John Blake sat on their ass and did nothing most of the days. They even lied that they haven’t received documents when they did, every response or communication I would have would always be with a different person saying different things. Giving incorrect information most of the time and mostly they charge a lot more than the stated at the start, and they are not cheap to begin with. I would recommend stay away and find cheaper ones because these will just waste your time, money and nerves.
