The pace of the process seems to be just a bit slow, however I have nothing to compare it to. Probably typical, I just need patience. My representative, Kaitlyn is very pleasant, knows what she is doing and gives me peace of mind. Dealing directly with the IRS is painful and scary. I've fretted and worried for years and sincerely lost sleep while dealing with them. The Tax Network has eased most of my anxieties. Can't wait until this is all resolved. First phone call I should have heeded… First phone call I should have heeded the red flag, lots of promises and fast talk followed for a low price of $5,000 to get on your way. Second phone call nothing gets done but yet promises made to deal with the IRS for you and solve your problems. Then get handed off to yet another person who now gives you a list of things to do. Turns our that if I had gotten a correct answer form the so called expert the first time I would not be in default and all would be OK. Instead, their advise was wait until they are going after your house and then we will step in. I want no more to do with this company...I am running away before they make more mistakes.
