The pace of the process seems to be just a bit slow, however I have nothing to compare it to. Probably typical, I just need patience. My representative, Kaitlyn is very pleasant, knows what she is doing and gives me peace of mind. Dealing directly with the IRS is painful and scary. I've fretted and worried for years and sincerely lost sleep while dealing with them. The Tax Network has eased most of my anxieties. Can't wait until this is all resolved.
