This law firm have ruined my family… This law firm have ruined my family life over a 3 year period They are unprofessional and uncaring and only want to drain you dry of money which they don't do anything for. Their complaints procedure is flawed and impossible but they pretend to care which they don't but all stick together to cover up mistakes and incompetence Please do not choose this firm and go elsewhere

Exceptional Care and Knowledge Exceptional support and care throughout the whole of the conveyance process by John Banky, Reading. This is the second time of using hcr, Reading, and we cannot fault them on either occasion. We received personal support, not a team of strangers. Ours was not a straight forward process and the depth of knowledge was impressive - thorough - professional. We were always kept informed. We cannot thank John Banky and his team enough for steering us through complicated waters!! I was dreading the final invoice but it was incredibly fair. We were not "ripped-off" or taken advantage of. Not all solicitors are equal - these are the best. We would not go elsewhere! Thank you hcr.

Not impressed Not impressed. Contacted them looking for advice and to have them help set up a will/trust for an ill relative's estate. The woman I spoke with was incredibly hostile and took a seemingly accusatory stance with me, like I was doing something wrong to even ask for their involvement. She was more worried about how much money would be left by my relative than anything more relevant, such a assets, trustees, beneficiaries etc. Provided a quote for several thousand pounds (five other local law companies have quoted between £900 and £1200) with added fees on top that were not necessary. This would have been made clear had she asked appropriate questions been asked, without the laser focus on the money element. Very unimpressed and will be advising people I know to avoid when looking for help with any legal matters.

Great service and highly recommended! Samantha Houlden at Harrison Clark Rickerbys has provided excellent and efficient service during the process of purchasing the freehold titles for my properties. She was patient, responsible, informative and very hard-working. She was the best legal professional that I have ever come crossed. I am waiting for the title registration to be completed by the Land Registry. But I am sure Samantha will continue to assist me with this. I highly recommend her and have no doubt to use her service again in the future.

Absolute joke of an organisation Absolute joke of an organisation. Sent me a letter trying to collect money that was not owed - as confirmed by the client that they were acting on behalf of. Spoke to someone called D Perry, possibly the most unhelpful person to ever exist.
