Excellent experience with Dave Noble of Morgan & Morgan I had a motor vehicle accident. I specifically sought out David Noble of Morgan & Morgan in the Lexington, KY area. I had previously retained other counsel and that firm just did not meet up to the high standards that are necessary to litigate. Sure they were nice but that does not cut it when it comes to negotiating. They completely dropped the ball They completely dropped the ball! my son was a pedestrian on the sidewalk and struck by a motor vehicle, and the biggest mistake I made was calling this large firm. If your case is not black-and-white, and your police report is not accurate to the incident, I recommend finding a smaller law firm that wants to investigate for you. They clearly only care about the big money and the easy cases. All these cases about people being visited in the hospital, don’t fall for it. After calling them, and them accepting my case, the attorney didn't contact us for over a week. Video footage after that point is very hard to obtain.

Rude and unhelpful I asked for a consultation with Morgan and Morgan about a police brutality and civil rights violation suit I wish to pursue. The female who called me back was rude to the point of being abusive as she read out my request. She could not accurately pronounce half of the words and was obviously quite uneducated. She interrupted me when I tried to add details, screamed at me as she continued to read my request, and then asked if I had given MM all of the information. I said no, she said I had no business suing anyone, told me I had not been assaulted, then flatly refused to set an appointment with me. I later learned that MM is handling the workmans comp for law enforcement in my town! I am so glad they turned me down, but I suspect they have mentioned my case to the prospective defendants, their clients. Do NOT attempt to hire this firm if you have been brutalized by bad cops,they don't want you dipping into their money pot!

Stupid commercial equals stupid… Stupid commercial equals stupid lawyers, The leaf blower one was the worst, But this new opening the potato chip bag commercial is also just plan STUPID. Did you ever think that us people seeing and hearing that bag of chips opening is annoying to us, Whoever you are hiring to write your commercials, GET RID OF THEM, (Burger King is always hiring) But then again,,,, It is Morgan and Morgan that OK'S them to be broadcast. Hard to believe all Morgans agree these commercials are up to par.
