Shannon Warner is an asset to Amrock Shannon Warner was my notary. I had signed the documents I could that morning. I was trying to assure the camera and voice on my lap top was working. Then things went to pot. Shannan called me on my landline. I had to use my cell phone to sign the documents. Of course I had to sign in again. I am not real comfortable using computers. Shannon was so patient and upbeat. She was not worried about time. She was delightful. She walked me through what I needed to sign in just a few minutes.

When a person is new to a process When a person is new to a process, anxiety can be very high, however this was the easiest experience ever. It took a little over 30 minutes and we were done!
