MKAfter waiting for 3 months After waiting for 3 months, I received an email stating that they approved €175, but they only sent me €99. Then, after two weeks, they claimed there was some error and sent another €99. Now, they are asking for €124 back. On what grounds? I will pursue legal action and sue them for fraud.

ECGREAT HELP from Flightright!!thank you Me and my family (3 small children) and my husband found out at 4am at the airport that the flight was cancelled; it was quite difficult. I opened a complaint via flightright and they HELPED me a lot, even if it took a long time (which I understand totally because going to court it's like that) they DID IT; so I'm so very gratefull for their help and persistence.

MQAs I was trying to reach the airline… As I was trying to reach the airline company for a compensation due to a cancelled flight, they found a false excuse to not give any compensation ,and they closed the case. With Flightright, it took two weeks to get the same compensation! They substracted their legal fees from the amount and the rest was transfered into my bank account.

CAWas contacted by them after my flight… Was contacted by them after my flight from Paris to Toronto was delayed. Thought it was a scam but when all they asked for was my PayPal email, I knew that they had no way to scam me. Long story short, they took 30% but it was free money as I would have never went after Air France. Honestly no reason to not let them fight for you, as they know all the tricks the airline would use on you trying to do it yourself.
