After waiting for 3 months After waiting for 3 months, I received an email stating that they approved €175, but they only sent me €99. Then, after two weeks, they claimed there was some error and sent another €99. Now, they are asking for €124 back. On what grounds? I will pursue legal action and sue them for fraud.

Great communication and updates Kept us informed throughout the process, even though Air France denied our submission since the flight started and originated outside of the EU, we were happy with what FlightRight provided as communication etc.
