Intuitive and easy to use Peopleclerk works mostly smoothly, has an intuitive interface, and made the process of filing a small claims lawsuit very simple. Not having any experience with the legal system, using peopleclerk saved me a lot of time and energy. When I encountered an issue, the staff was helpful and resolved things quickly. Worth the money. All the questions I asked by e-mail were answered quickly and clearly. Their policy provides simple, detailed explanation of the rules and aproach to small claim court process. The preparation of the dispute process is gradual and clear, in a matter of what is done, and what step follows. The court documents that were sent to me had an incredibly simplified method forwhere and what should I fill out, even had included envelope for sending them back. Regularly sent reminding e-mails for the next step in the dispute and the its deadline. The help I received from Francesca in closing the case was amaizing, although according to People Clerk policy, they are not obliged to do so. I recommend them to everyone who needs legal help in small claim dispute.
