The form itself was fine and the customer support (from Sebastian) was excellent. As we had only printed one document during the Free Trial period, we were not charged a fee and our fee was refunded.Had I a need for more, multiple documents I believe that the price would have been acceptable. I only needed one document I only needed one document, so did not want to sign up for every month. After completing the one document, I asked customer service how to cancel my account. They did it immediately. Very satisfied. I would definitely pay their fee if I had more documents that I needed to do.
