Good Customer Service, but a tedious experience. Worst purchase ever! I created the file, but it will not allow me to print the 1st page of the Transfer on Death Deed -the most important one! I get an error message that it can't print that particular page, but it will however print out everything else. I did get a reply from the company, instructing me to print from the website. Since I don't have a printer at home, and can't drop the pdf to a flash drive, I get to drag my entire laptop to Kinkos. Total and complete waste of 50+ bucks! Update: I see that they have requested TrustPilot remove my review, pretty much because they disagree with it. However, removing negative reviews does what? I was under a time crunch and I bought this form with the understanding I could fill it out, save it, and print it...immediately! That is NOT what I got. Getting error messages that I was not allowed to print the main page, having to wait a day for support and then exchange emails on how to troubleshoot my printer, blaming my printer (of course), when I haven't had prior printing issues, and having to take my laptop elsewhere to print from the website... was not part of my expectations. I did receive a response from the eForms team, which was too late for my needs. However, I did appreciate and have changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars, to acknowledge that customer service and that I did print the form from the website.
