GBI love the efficiency of Firstbase I love the efficiency of Firstbase - it's great that such a modern platform is available to quickly and easily walk new business owners through the required registration steps. I would like to see more upfront info about all the steps involved (eg. a small graphic) and definitely more info about registering in multiple states and the additional costs and steps involved. That was not clear enough up front.

SGwill recommend I discovered FB through a friend. While considering a cheaper option, FB stood out for their responsiveness. i talked to Stefano and he was really helpful. My situation isn't typical, and the other company offer standard, robotic responses. However, Stefano provided exceptional support with quick responses. Highly recommend.

INScam company, scam customer support Scam company, scam customer support. They are utterly useless. I regret my decision to use this platform for registering my LLC. They advertise many rewards, but you won't receive anything. They don't provide any rewards, not even an Amazon gift card. Their customer support replies after 20 days. They are fraudsters. Go for Stripe Atlas, extremely good customer support and fast service.

GBMisleading pricing Misleading pricing, they overcharge for basic services. You can pay $150 extra for Autopilot, which has additional charges for the state filing fees. Then when they go to file they charge an extra $495 to file - when it only costs $50 in filing fees to DE. So they're charging $600 extra to do an annual report. Beyond bad experience - borderline scammy.
