I cannot recommend them enough I cannot recommend them enough! I order in December for my bf in Canada and was afraid it wouldn't get on time but it did. The only thing to consider is that when asking for modifications, it will take them 4 extra days to send you the new proof. However, I reached customer via live chat and they help me expedite the whole thing (you should def use this tool on their website, truly FANTASTIC) Long story short, he got the present in time and was insanely happy with it!

I am very impressed with Kindred… I am very impressed with Kindred Splendor, my entire experience was very positive. From placing my order and being able to choose the background colour and frame colour as well as send multiple photos of my puppy. Then after being sent the proof I had some things I wanted changed so I sent back some edits which were all fixed promptly and accurately. The new proof was sent and after approving it my portrait was shipped quickly! Very happy overall and would recommend.

Wrong order and no reply I ordered a portrait for a Christmas gift and they said it would arrive in time. I just received my order the second week of January only to find that it wasn’t even my order- it was pants and a hat. I emailed two different inboxes for Kindred Splendor (recommended by someone I spoke to via the live-chat) to request that my correct order be sent and received no reply. I finally received my order today. The portrait is nice but the experience wasn’t good.

I recently purchased a portrait for my cousin who's dog passed away. I recently purchased a portrait for my cousin who's long time dog passed away. The portrait was so exact and was the happiness that my cousin needed during such a hard time letting go of her long time pet. We were so pleased with the portrait and it hangs as a memorial forever.

Perfection in a portrait We absolutely love our portrait from Kindred Splendor! It captured our two dogs’ personalities beautifully. Great customer service experience too, everything was very professional and done in a timely manner. I especially love that we were able to see a preview of our portrait before it was sent to us.
