ECI cannot recommend them enough I cannot recommend them enough! I order in December for my bf in Canada and was afraid it wouldn't get on time but it did. The only thing to consider is that when asking for modifications, it will take them 4 extra days to send you the new proof. However, I reached customer via live chat and they help me expedite the whole thing (you should def use this tool on their website, truly FANTASTIC) Long story short, he got the present in time and was insanely happy with it!

From my first email to customer service asking if they could honor my custom request, to receiving my finished product very quickly; every step of the way was handled promptly and professionally! The finished product brought tears to my eyes. It is absolutely perfect and really helped comfort me during the difficult few weeks after the loss of our beloved dog. Cannot say enough good things about Kindred Splendor!

GBNot worth your time! I ordered a portrait on December 4th. I had a proof relatively quickly but needed a few changes. I resubmitted a photo and they reached out to make sure I knew exactly what the drawing would look like. I responded within the day. I never received a response and have sent 2 other emails and tried their chat number twice. I called every number I could find related to the company with no answers. At this point I will most likely dispute the charge and hope for a refund. Customer service is terrible!

GBTimothy Davis: They Have Disappeared On Me Finding a Christmas present my mother could appreciate seemed a difficult prospect as she is in home hospice, suffering from advanced dementia. Kindred Splendor provided the perfect solution -- a portrait of her beloved cat Cleo! Their website says proofs are provided within 24-48 hours, with the portrait arriving in the mail 1-5 business days after the proof is approved. Sounds wonderful. Wrong! A day after I placed my order I received an email requesting additional photos of Cleo, which I happily provided. It is now a week and a half later and I have heard nothing more from Kindred Splendor. Multiple emails and a voicemail message requesting an update on my order have been ignored. There is now virtually no chance I will receive the portrait by Christmas. There is however, an excellent chance my mother will not be around for the next Christmas. I am sickened that I placed my trust in a company that has proven so unreliable and unresponsive.

CAThey keep giving false expectations on… They keep giving false expectations on completion. Was advised 2-3 day to ship, and am still waiting after 9 days. Support keeps telling me it will ship today! each day I call. I hope the product is worth the wait because the customer service and support are terrible and don't really care after they have your money.
