Wrong order and no reply I ordered a portrait for a Christmas gift and they said it would arrive in time. I just received my order the second week of January only to find that it wasn’t even my order- it was pants and a hat. I emailed two different inboxes for Kindred Splendor (recommended by someone I spoke to via the live-chat) to request that my correct order be sent and received no reply. I finally received my order today. The portrait is nice but the experience wasn’t good.

I placed an order through them and… I placed an order through them and followed their guidelines to reach out if I had not received proofs within 72 hours. I did just that and received nothing further from them. I reached out again 3 days after the first email and still received no response. They have already charged me for my order and I cant even get in contact with them about where my proofs or product is. I checked my spam folder as well so I am confident it isn't there.

I lovee my first baby and I had just recently moved into my new apartment so I needed some decor and what better decor than to see your pet everyday! They did an amazing job at turning my dog into a modern, minimalist decor piece. Once I got mine, I got so many compliments on it and my boyfriend and best friend bought some as well! My friend even got more to give as gifts for others! They make great gifts and it’s a good way to remember a pet that has passed as well, I’ll keep mine forever! Super happy with my purchase.
