The over all process is rather step by… The over all process is rather step by step simple. Navigating through sections is easy if you have to make corrections. However, at the end of the process you are kind of left without direction. I’m assuming the information is submitted to someone for drafting and filed with the courts.

They did not do anything they promised… They did not do anything they promised they offered zero assistance. I did most of everything they did nothing except mail me paperwork. That's all they did. I could never get timely answers. My divorce should've taken a month it took six and now I have another lawyer involved and since I need a legal counsel, I will be suing them for what I spent what I spent on the new lawyer for time. I would not recommend this service if it was your last resort.

3StepDisaster What should have been a simple straightforward divorce turned into a 6-month nightmare. Mistake after mistake made. When I pointed out a fee had already been paid, was documented by them, the young woman told me "It's your divorce. Don't want to pay, don't get divorced.) I found the parent company who supposedly oversaw 3Step. The errors continued. I ended up with a full refund and took over the paperwork myself. My divorce finalized within 2 business days. Sadly, there are other people going through the same disaster and are not able to speak to anyone at 3Step nor get any email responses.

No Assistance or Response Horrible, They Sent my packet to the wrong address after it was changed online and with a rep. Now they don't accept calls and i have been reaching out for over a week with no response on how to proceed. I paid for both services and haven't had anything filed or finished yet. They wont respond to my emails and now I’m out a few hundreds with nothing to show for it and a marriage that i’m supposed to be out of by now. I feel scammed and I'm frustrated that i have yet to hear back from anyone regarding my paperwork being out in someone else’s possession.
