GBFalse claim of 100% money-back guarantee The process of filling out the forms was easy, but the next step seemed extremely complicated. It feels like I need to be a lawyer to understand the steps and how to actually file the paperwork and finalize my divorce. This site claims to have a 100% money-back guarantee, but calling in for one I was rejected. I signed up for this service on a Saturday and their customer service was not available until Monday morning. I called first thing Monday asking for my refund, but no help was to be found. Please be aware of what you are buying. They did not help me at all.

GBNot Great if Uncontested in Colorado This could be a great service but it doesn’t match Colorado law. I could not have it fill out the correct forms as a petitioner/co-petitioner. It kept asking questions as if my ex and I were contesting the divorce. When I asked for a refund because it did not follow the guarantee for accuracy in all states, I was denied.

GB3Step divorce leads you to believe all… 3Step divorce leads you to believe all forms will be ready for filing when completed. This is not the case at all. The forms are filled with the basic information and left unediteable except for the separation agreement. Financial forms and irretrievable breakdown are left completely blank except for the names. So, you must hand write in all that information, because it won't be typed. All of these forms are completely able to be filled out in almost the same manner for free on my state's website. I was hoping for help with wording and technical law jargon, however the areas I needed help with were all left blank. Unable to reach anyone for assistance. So, I have paid $149 for forms I can't use. Why they are allowed to have a service for basically auto-filling in your names and addresses is beyond me.

GBMy only regret is waiting so long to… My only regret is waiting so long to use 3StepDivorce. The ease in acquiring the needed documents to file. The ability to skip questions and return to them after I got the correct information was very helpful. And most importantly was the explanation of each question along with why that question was asked and why it might be needed.

GBWe downloaded our paperwork on a late… We downloaded our paperwork on a late Friday evening completed it and submitted it to the court next Tuesday morning. We only needed one question answered and the response was given within a day. The instructions were very thorough and easy to understand. In our particular situation our divorce was uncontested, we had no shared property or finances so it was pretty straightforward. It may be a bit more time consuming for others with property or assets but the info and explanations are available just take the time and go step-by-step. 3 Steps!! $300 for the paperwork, $300 for notary and court filings, WA state, $600 total. Cheapest and quickest divorce. Highly recommend!
