GBEasy to use and served my purpose of… Easy to use and served my purpose of creating a 2x2 photo for e-visa application to India using a photo taken on iPhone. It resized my photo and I got the right digital file for submission without compression. The surpring fact that it found shadows on my face and behind me, had to redo my photo several times. I din't notice them.

GBThis company lies on their website to… This company lies on their website to deliver physical passport photograph with 3 working days but later increased it to 5 working days after I'd paid for the service. I've waited for 5 working days and yet the passport photograph is not here. I have asked for a refund and they are still reluctant to refund me, even after they have failed to deliver as promised. I won't recommend this to anyone.

GBSo first of all So first of all, it takes payment before confirming your photo is ok, had to retake photo like 6 times, but thats not a problem, what if someone doesnt have background as in criteria etc, he basically would lose money. What actually made me to come here and put 1 star review is, i was fully convinced im paying 4.74 for printer version x1 of me. While after all was done, it never asked my address or anything showing, your photo is available to download, like what ? How is that a printed version if i dont have printer to print it out ? Wish id paid 10£ at a local photo boot rather than wasting 5£ here for digital that i could have had for free, like it lets me ''download'' picture that i already have on my phone !? Basically selling me something that i already own

GBUseful software I called postal office and their officer had a dayoff, so I have to wait for another day or two, then book an appointment for taking photo. I could miss my Chinese visa arrangement. so googled and got to PhotoBooth. bit of software to convert a digital photograph into a passport sized photo that I could print. Couldn't be simpler!

GBThis company is a scam and I only wish… This company is a scam and I only wish I had seen the reviews on trustpilot before. Uploaded a photo which it checks and gives you the impression that is passes every check but as soon as you make your payment - it tells you that it hasn't passed the checks and to upload a new photo. It also tells you the cost for a digital photo is £5.95 but then charges you VAT as well. Furthermore now reading reviews that even if your photo does pass their tests they then fail with the UK Government Agency! Just a money making scan with no recourse. Have tried to claim a refund but suspect that will also go nowhere!
