I have bought a digital photo I have bought a digital photo, until I have uploaded the correct image, the page immediately went to “sorry something went wrong” and asked me to pay again. Scammers, never again. Will leave this opinion everywhere I can.

All went well! I’m from Australia and ordered passport pics for my daughter in a hurry without thinking too much about it but as soon as I paid, I was uneasy and wasn’t confident with my purchase - especially reading some reviews here. I thought perhaps they weren’t legit. However, after not receiving the pics when I expected, I emailed them and got a quick reply. They arrived the very next day packaged safely and I’m happy with the prints thankfully! I would order again from them. Thank you! :-)

Don't bother Don't bother, the government website will validate your passport photo and provide the exact same feedback for free.. I'd be amazed if they operate anything beyond a basic API call to the passport checker on the government website and repaint that info as if were there unique insight !

Wish I had read this site before….! Wish I had read this site before. Passed their tests but failed on the uk passport site. Waste of money. As Emma’s reply suggests after it was rejected and I contacted the company they did refund me so thank you. The government passport site actually lets you upload your own photo so as long as you adhere to the parameters you can do this yourself.
