ITThe only company that accepted my request. Claim Compass accepted my submission when the other online agency wouldn't. Not only I was given the opportunity to try and get the refund, but I got the maximum compensation of €600. It took months and the commission is high, but they do all the work so I can't complain. Thank you!

NOVery satisfied dealing wi Claimcompass Very satisfied dealing with Claimcompass, personnally with Lilly and Stiliyan. I tried to claim the compensation directly from air company first, but got answer "No". Then I contacted Claimcompass. Today I got the answer that the case is now resolved, approx 160 EUR will come to my account in a few days. Thanks a lot!
