I tried to claim the compensation directly from air company first, but got answer "No". Then I contacted Claimcompass. Today I got the answer that the case is now resolved, approx 160 EUR will come to my account in a few days. Thanks a lot!

ITThe only company that accepted my request. Claim Compass accepted my submission when the other online agency wouldn't.
