Her expertise in explaining each step by email correspondence or contact by phone made "things" seem so perfectly clear. I never felt put down by her. And in fact she seemed more like a personal friend than a business acquaintance. I owed nearly $10,000 and she helped me reduce my liability to $200.00. What a relief!
