These two agency giants could not care less about your health, work challenges, or financial setbacks. They want their money, and they want it yesterday. At one point, I was upside down, 500K+ in tax debt. I had lost nearly everything my wife and I had worked for. The pressure this situation created was overwhelming. Sleepless nights, health issues, and the feeling of being crushed by the weight of my tax dilemma were breaking my spirit, and I was on the verge of just giving up... and losing everything. I did not know who to turn to, so I did a Google search to find help. I needed a fighter to represent me, someone willing to go up against these two agencies who came to my home and place of work to shake me up. Thank you Kathy There is one more thing I want to write in my review. I call it "BS" on the negative review I read on this page. I've met or spoken with most, if not all, of the Tax Tiger staff and found them to be the most professional group I've ever worked with. I find the negative reviews suspect. Average For tax resolution, this company did a good job and l feel they should stick to that part of the business. Filing taxes was a nightmare, with significant multiple errors... I had to call them multiple times before they could even look at them again and their explanation was pitiful. I would strongly recommend them for tax resolution but NEVER file your taxes.

I wasn’t able to get their services at… I wasn’t able to get their services at this time, but they were honest with me to explain that my case would not be something that would benefit me and they wouldn’t to advantage of me, the representative was upfront and honest- didn’t try to “sell me “ but actually wanted to give me good advice tailored for my situation and actually help. I would recommend giving them a call. Was honest with the cost , policy’s etc. good experience
