GBI had a document notarized and it was… I had a document notarized and it was not accepted by the state of IOWA as valid. I wasted $25.00 and now have a document notarized that goes in the trash. This was for a business and now I have to pay again, to get the document re-notarized!!

GBconvenient The service is very convenient; the tech worked well over not-great wifi. The verification process, while necessary, is tricky to do in 2 minutes with an older relative.

GBGreat service Great service, but it would have been nice to be able to get both our signatures notarized at the same time and not have to pay twice for 1 piece of paper

GBWaited almost 10 minutes just to find out there weren't any notaries available I had used this service a a few times in the past and it was great, but the last 2 times it was if there were not enough notaries online. Have been waiting several minutes with the screen saying "Connecting" and "Waiting for Agent". Even the live chat support took a few minutes to respond. And when they finally did respond, I was told "So sorry we currently do not have available notaries to perform notarization services". !?!? Then why did you let me put in all my info and wait 5 minutes in a queue? Last time it took almost 15 minutes to get someone connected. This is totally unacceptable, I will not be using them against and will not recommend this service to anyone else every again.
