Waited almost 10 minutes just to find out there weren't any notaries available I had used this service a a few times in the past and it was great, but the last 2 times it was if there were not enough notaries online. Have been waiting several minutes with the screen saying "Connecting" and "Waiting for Agent". Even the live chat support took a few minutes to respond. And when they finally did respond, I was told "So sorry we currently do not have available notaries to perform notarization services". !?!? Then why did you let me put in all my info and wait 5 minutes in a queue? Last time it took almost 15 minutes to get someone connected. This is totally unacceptable, I will not be using them against and will not recommend this service to anyone else every again.

The only thing I did not like was verifying identity The only thing I did not like was trying to find an address to verify the person. My father was never associated with my childhood house in another state.

Technical issues that were not the… Technical issues that were not the fault of agent or customer, very lengthy process had to start over, but was able to complete after over an hour online.

Great service Great service, but it would have been nice to be able to get both our signatures notarized at the same time and not have to pay twice for 1 piece of paper

Great service! Great service! So easy, convenient & quick! I had to sign a lot of documents for a Trust, & the whole process took less than 30 minutes - including the sign-in process to verify your identity. The step-by-step sign-in instructions were provided in an email & were easy to follow. The notary was very pleasant to work with. I would definitely use this service again if I had the opportunity to do so.
