I requested a refund but never received a response from this website or email. This is a total SCAM! Don't waste your time. They took all the money I have in my account now I am totally broke and hungry. First, they never inform you that they were going to charge you $300 bucks and they never respond and no contact info.

Beyond unprofessional! Do not recommend this service to anyone!! My LLC was up for renewal and I specifically asked Agnes what would be the renewal fee. She informed me of the amount so I was surprised to see a significantly higher amount charged to my card. Turns out she informed the wrong amount so I requested her to downgrade my plan and refund the difference. Rick, who is the most unprofessional person I dealt with said no. So I filed a dispute to my credit card company. He told me IN WRITING that he can refund the difference once the dispute has been settled on their side, which takes around 60 days. I followed up and they went back on their words and ended up CANCELING my LLC well before it was supposed to end without my consent. What a nightmare, never dealt with more unprofessional people.
