GBHorrible experience with this company Horrible experience with this company. If you have lemon-law issues, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. In my opinion, this company felt like a scam from start to finish and it felt a though they were only trying to make a quick buck. They certainly did more damage than good and were horribly rude in the process. I'd recommend taking the time, doing some research and finding a quality law-firm to assist you with any issues you'd consider hiring this firm for.

GBHeadache to Happy in 90 days From the point of contact, to the pay off of my vehicle, everything was a smooth and fairly simply process. 30-90 days was on the mark for getting everything taken care of. At first I was sure it was going to be a fight but 30 days in the manufacturer agreed to my terms, and 90 days. Everything was completely taken care of. Everyone at the firm was very nice and straight forward with me and I don't think I'd go anywhere else if I have another issue like this again.

GBI highly recommend the Lemon Law Group I highly recommend the Lemon Law Group. They reached an acceptable settlement in a very reasonable time frame for the inconvenience of purchasing a truck that had issues that were not getting repaired. They always answered my calls and emails if I had questions. I would not hesitate to ask them for help if anything like this happened again.

GBI retained Lemon Law Group following a… I retained Lemon Law Group following a failed attempt to "do it the nice way" and ask the manufacturer of my Plug-in Hybrid to replace or repurchase my car. I had bought it new, and two months later, it suffered what they called a "thermal event" in the DC-DC converter. This caused extensive thermal damage to the rear seat, ducting, wiring harnesses, etc - said another way, it caught fire or came very close to it. Following the repair, the vehicle had a persistent burning smell remaining in it, and I simply did not trust it to not burn my house down, but the manufacturer was insistent that they had repaired it and refused to repurchase or replace it. Lemon Law Group won my claim with a satisfactory result, but it took a little over two years. It's hard to say how much of that is on the manufacturer purposefully drawing it out, how much of it is on COVID-related delays in the courts, and how much of it is on Lemon Law Group. My attorney and his assistant were very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with, even though the process was slow. The re-acquisition coordinator was much less pleasant - I had to reiterate the same things to him repeatedly, and he seemed very disinterested through the process. I believe it was a mistake on his part which held up the buyback for about 3 months and would have left the settlement short by one payment, about $580, so be certain to square their numbers against your own. Notwithstanding the rough experience during re-acquisition, I'll still rate LLG highly due to my attorney's excellence and the very satisfactory results against an uncooperative manufacturer.

GBThese people are garbage!!! These people are garbage!!! My 2022 HYUNDAI Santa Cruz met the legal definition of a Lemon. They were EXTREMELY slow to respond and wanted me to accept an offer of $3,500 and them getting their full payment for legal representation of the matter when my car was not safe to drive for the first year I had it. Then they called and said I didn't have a claim. COMPLETE GARBAGE!!!!
