I retained Lemon Law Group following a… I retained Lemon Law Group following a failed attempt to "do it the nice way" and ask the manufacturer of my Plug-in Hybrid to replace or repurchase my car. I had bought it new, and two months later, it suffered what they called a "thermal event" in the DC-DC converter. This caused extensive thermal damage to the rear seat, ducting, wiring harnesses, etc - said another way, it caught fire or came very close to it. Following the repair, the vehicle had a persistent burning smell remaining in it, and I simply did not trust it to not burn my house down, but the manufacturer was insistent that they had repaired it and refused to repurchase or replace it. Lemon Law Group won my claim with a satisfactory result, but it took a little over two years. It's hard to say how much of that is on the manufacturer purposefully drawing it out, how much of it is on COVID-related delays in the courts, and how much of it is on Lemon Law Group. My attorney and his assistant were very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with, even though the process was slow. The re-acquisition coordinator was much less pleasant - I had to reiterate the same things to him repeatedly, and he seemed very disinterested through the process. I believe it was a mistake on his part which held up the buyback for about 3 months and would have left the settlement short by one payment, about $580, so be certain to square their numbers against your own. Notwithstanding the rough experience during re-acquisition, I'll still rate LLG highly due to my attorney's excellence and the very satisfactory results against an uncooperative manufacturer.

Nissan Versa '24 LEMON I was having trouble with a Nissan Versa '24 lemon for about 4 months from the day I purchased it and getting nowhere with the dealership or service department, who resolved the safety concerns of the headlights dimming to a very low brightness while cruising at night as "operating per design". I was confounded by the lack of accountability or care they have for their customers and others on the road. Since they refused to recognize this as a design flaw, I contacted the Lemon Group as my last attempt for help. The very next business day the Lemon Group called me and took over from that day through completion! They completely lifted the burden of stress and constant worrying about my safety and others on the road due to the faulty safety issues with the vehicle. They walked me through each step of the way and kept me up-to-date constantly! I cannot thank Ted Buffington, Annie Jara and Brooks Siegel enough for all of their support and outstanding service!!! I am so thankful New Hampshire residents have a group that supports us; especially when it comes to our safety!

If I could go lower If I could go lower, I would. We filed with the lemmon law group and was transfered two times and finally ended up in the Indiana office. We were trying to get our brand new RV fixed or returned because we could not get anything done. We filed with the Lemmon Law Group and wound up with one of their attorneys. Not sure I can mention her name. Anyway, we filed and were told we had to wait. Our RV was less than 6 months old when we filed a suit again the company for not doing the repairs. After almost 2 years, we finally got a settlement. No repairs were done but we were supposed to get a check within 60 days from the Manufacturer to make the repairs ourself. We signed settlement papers on January 18, 2024 and still have not received the check that we agreed to. I have asked our attorney several times via email when we could expect the check and she said 60 days. That was up quite a while ago and she won't respond to us about when we will get the check. She is on medical leave and now we may never get the check. I would not recommend this law firm for anything. She did not do any paperwork or anything or advise us of anything for over a year. When the warranty was out on the RV. Figures, we lost because nothing was done and now we can't even get the settlement check.
