Everything was great until I accepted… Everything was great until I accepted the offer, then I fell off the planet I guess, now no one will return my emails or calls. Calls go to some random law office with no identification. Do not know what happened between the start of my process and now but now I’m concerned. I would now have serious second thoughts about recommending LLGP to anyone else.

These people are garbage!!! These people are garbage!!! My 2022 HYUNDAI Santa Cruz met the legal definition of a Lemon. They were EXTREMELY slow to respond and wanted me to accept an offer of $3,500 and them getting their full payment for legal representation of the matter when my car was not safe to drive for the first year I had it. Then they called and said I didn't have a claim. COMPLETE GARBAGE!!!!

Headache to Happy in 90 days From the point of contact, to the pay off of my vehicle, everything was a smooth and fairly simply process. 30-90 days was on the mark for getting everything taken care of. At first I was sure it was going to be a fight but 30 days in the manufacturer agreed to my terms, and 90 days. Everything was completely taken care of.
