total scam total scam, 4 years they promise the moon and have done little if anything to help me out with this tax problem. They talk down to you a a client, continue to ask for more monies and blame the IRS for their incompetence, don't hire them,

It is a regret. The person I spoke with, in the call center, was as helpful as she could be. It is not her fault. Rather it is Timberline's method of customer service. The web site shows inaccurate information, there is no record of the amount paid, current balances, or other information about the accounts. Very frustrating company to deal with. I regret having enrolled in this program.
