I also feel like this company is… I also feel like this company is dishonest. Also got court summons and didn't even now I was been sue. Terrible, they finally settle with company for the full amount:( I didn't have time to go to court. I honestly wouldn't recommend them, the process takes forever to get any results, makes me wonder what they do with the money we keep paying on a monthly basis. I started with 6 accounts going on two years and only 2 accounts have settle. My credit score is terrible. I would never do this again, you are correct we are better off negotiating directly with the creditors we have, we would get better deals. Unhappy Customer

Horrible company!!! They tell you to add more funds when you can so I added $13,000 but I still have to make all of my payments anyway. My enrolled debt was $66,628, my accepted offers totaled $38,067, my final payments will total $58,544. So they are pocketing over $20,000 and I only saved $8,000 when all is said and done. The last attorney that was trying to get ahold of me for my annual review had a spam number so I emailed them and never heard anything back. Sorry I don't answer SPAM numbers. Customer service basically told me if I didn't like what they was doing then I could pay the creditors myself. No help what so ever and now they don't want to talk to me. Don't use this company!!!!!

Terminated my account because I didn't… Terminated my account because I didn't send 400 after an email I didn't see expired. Oh ya I had already sent them more than 50,000 in 2 huge drafts so was working all the time to pay. Had a settlement on one of my accts and they didn't send the check. So they terminated my acct and kept my money for several months without even telling me they terminated ...all the whole I thought the acct was paid. Finally got my money back now the creditor wants twice as much. Thanks for the stress and headache. Now I'm on my own

The young lady we spoke with was sooo… The young lady we spoke with was sooo nice! We also told her how my husband has become ill since we started the program with an aneurysm in his heart and asbestos in lungs she explained how that was considered hardship.
