This company tells you everything you want to hear This company tells you everything you want to hear but does nothing to keep there word. They have a bunch of people that work there and that are very good at reading from a card and cant do anything. I have have sued twice by collectors since i made the mistake of using them and ended up paying the credit card companys off my self.You will regret using them

Canyon legal misrepresented how they do… Canyon legal misrepresented how they do business entirely. I’m currently in litigation on 2 accounts and a notice of intent on a 3rd, forcing my hand to declare bankruptcy. I have essentially paid 15k in 1 year of which maybe 2500 went towards accrued debt. This company ensured they made their money but gave no consideration to the clients needs in any way

A lot of false hopes and promises A lot of false hopes and promises. Simply all talk on the phone, but no action in court can't even make complete eye contact and they didn't even cross-examine witnesses even though they said they were. They will even ask you to do things that don't benefit you, and they mishandle things a lot. It's almost like they're new at their job. The members of their groups even miss court appointments. When they do finally call you back, they are negative. Too many pessimists people in their organization. Once they get you in a contract, they really change. I will not recommend them. Bad defense attorney. It is like they're on the prosecutor's side.

My experience mirrors that of another… My experience mirrors that of another client! I am quickly losing my confidence..... The program started out well, but now that all of the litigation efforts are rolling in, and we have court dates set....nothing! I have to call and check on status. There is ZERO proactive outreach to the client (us). This is all very frustrating.

They are thieves Horrible...they rob you and when I say rob you, they literally charge you unlimited amount in fees even though they promise you there won't be any further fees. Even after you graduate from their program and any leftover amount is supposed to go back to your bank account, they will charge you a huge portion of the leftover amount in fees and only refund you 20%. This is what happened with me.
