GBDo very little to help...don't trust the estimated completion My experience with this group is they settle with the smaller debt and let the larger debt go to litigation where you end up paying the full amount plus penalties and fees anyway. I've done everything I'm supposed to and not even close to finishing after the 4 year program they proposed. Now they propose a loan to finish off the rest for an additional few years. The last summons I received for the largest debt in the program, I sent them the summons the day I received and they lost it for 2 weeks so now I have to defend myself and try to file a motion for an extension.

GBEverything has been as advertised. Everything has been as advertised. My first creditor court case is coming up in under two months. i'm happy to say that Canyon has been all over it... acquiring and dealing with the paperwork... dispatching resources to handle the courts... interacting with the plaintiffs on my behalf... all the things you expect from representation. My wife is still unconvinced, but everything on our end is signed and agreed to. I am no longer financially broken, but also not yet solvent... that part should be coming though, after many more debtors and resolution meetings. To date I am very satisfied, and their transparency has been reassuring and professional.

GBWARNING!! WARNING!!! Do not use this group. They will take your money, not live up to there end of there own contract, and then refuse to refund your money that is due back to you. I had them hell me settle some accounts, but they did not deal with a couple accounts, but they charged the service fee for those accounts, and are not giving my money back when they failed to manage those accounts. Find another company to help you. These guys will will not be working in your best interest. Look elsewhere.

GBMy experience mirrors that of another… My experience mirrors that of another client! I am quickly losing my confidence..... The program started out well, but now that all of the litigation efforts are rolling in, and we have court dates set....nothing! I have to call and check on status. There is ZERO proactive outreach to the client (us). This is all very frustrating.
