GBA horrible experience 34 months in the program only to be told it would take an additional 11 months. That is after paying an extra $206 a month for 12 months. We were told at that time the program would be shortened by "3 to 5 months". I have found the company to to be deceptive and dishonest at best. I have to almost harass them to get a return call from "upper management", in the end it will cost us more than $10,000 more than the original contract, but that's just an estimate (sarcasm totally intended)

GBMonthly review Do you really have to verify my info every month? If I change anything I can inform you. Also instead of a phone review of my account standing you should send a hard copy so I can review it at anytime. I would also like to be reassured that my account is within the ending time frame as promised. I don't want to hear at a later time that the negotiated amounts will cause me to have to continue paying for a year or two more than I agreed to!

GBAll followup has to be done by me The only account that has settled has negotiated directly with me. . . I sent the information regarding the settlement, and then I get a generic congrats email from you saying you settled on one account. I have a pending lawsuit, and on 7 occasions, you dropped the ball. Not uploading information, not returning my phone calls, not responding to the court. I am really second guessing my decision to enroll with you. I have been contacted by numerous law firms who already provide better attention to me.

GBI have had a very poor experience with… I have had a very poor experience with Pioneer. There has been a huge lack of communication despite me asking for follow up phone calls or sending emails. I have been given incorrect information and now I find that I will be done with the program in November as stated but still owing a company a large amount which is unacceptable. I have been garnished by the three largest debts with no help from Pioneer. I have had to call and remind them to make payments to a debt settlement company and no one even apologized for that. I would not recommend this company and wish I had never gotten into this scam. I will be following up with someone to look into this mess as well. Stay away!!!!

GBUnethical and Sloppy Law David Krotine represents my landlord. For six months I have been attempting to get my door secured. Today I received this email message directly from Mr Krotine. “ Knock me over with a feather. He finally admitted he was wrong on something and agreed with a solution. He does not need to have his other questions answered unless Kelly wishes to volunteer the information, but don’t tell him I said this please. “ Leave alone the absolute sloppiness and breach as a lawyer to respond directly to someone with legal counsel, you can see he is advocating for continued deception. We have had an unsecured door that resulted in my wife almost being assaulted. Despite telling Mr Krotine this and providing ample video evidence of all the issues, his goal is to continue to stonewall. If you are looking for sound ethical legal counsel, I would strongly suggest not working with David Krotine.
