So my account was to be closed out last… So my account was to be closed out last month and the balance in my GCS was to be returned. Didn't happen. And because of that, they took out another month's fee and tried to pay one of the creditors when it was obvious there wasn't enough in the account.

This company is the worse to try and… This company is the worse to try and talk to someone in person.I have tried calling several times and we play phone tag after I have been on the phone waiting for long time spans.. Last time I waited an hour and when I got the representative she told me she couldn't hear me and told me I had to call back and hung up on me.Funny as I have using the phone all day without a problem. Call back and I'm put on a computer message machine. They have stopped taking money out of my account but apparently it isn't a problem for them as there has been no communication for three months.

5 year journey to recovery Having been a client for 5 years after a nasty divorce, they were able to help me get going in the right direction. I only had one issue with a lawyer that was on retainer that showed absolutely no interest in assisting me. In fact I felt like an inconvenience. Find a better way to solve your debt problems. Find a better way to solve your debt problems. I've been with them for about 3 years. My credit score went down more than 100 points and it is not recovering at all. It seems like I owe more money because of late fees than before I started the program. If they can't handle a problem they'll put it off on you stating that the law firm they are communicating with is a very "hard" law firm and ask you to pay more money monthly (basically the amount I paid prior to enrolling in their program) or handle the debt yourself. I'm EXTREMELY unsatisfied with their services and wish that I never started dealing with them in the first place.

Monthly review Do you really have to verify my info every month? If I change anything I can inform you. Also instead of a phone review of my account standing you should send a hard copy so I can review it at anytime. I would also like to be reassured that my account is within the ending time frame as promised. I don't want to hear at a later time that the negotiated amounts will cause me to have to continue paying for a year or two more than I agreed to!
