GBAlgorithm closes account when review is bad This company has an algorithm which automatically closes your account if you give them a one star review. I join the chorus of former users who say this company is a complete rip-off.

GBExcellent Excellent - no reservations. I used them on a Sunday and had my info on Monday. Not only did they execute the order flawlessly, the fixed my screw up* immediately. *I hit refresh before the "secured" page transmitted, so I created (2) two orders of the same item.

GBI paid for a package that contained the… I paid for a package that contained the bargain and sale deed and all of the forms were from 2019. The NJ State forms have all been updated but they are charging you for old data.

GBBUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE. I am a 22 year practicing attorney and I I have had a deeds.com account for several months and I was very satisfied in the beginning. However, if I needed an answer to a question, the answer never came. I tried to call the facility, but I never received a message back. After ordering several deeds, unbeknownst to me my account was deleted. Access to the deeds I have purchased is denied as well. I have tried to garner a response but can not. This is not the way to run a business and as I have spent quite a but of money I would like the deeds that I ordered.

GBShady Business Practices County said that my deed did not meet the state transfer requirements for a true quitclaim deed. When I then checked the state code section reference, the section wasn't even valid. When I asked them to please provide a correct deed or refund, they cancelled my account (presumably so that I couldn't write a negative review?). At least they did provide a refund. Definitely will not use again, not because they had an error, but due to cancelling the account. Shady.
