GBTerrible customer service and dishonest I left the following 1-star review on deeds.com on Sept 23: "I purchased a Quit Claim Deed package a couple weeks ago. The included guide unfortunately didn't answer all the questions about my specific case of how to fill it out, so I sent them a couple questions on Sept 8. It's now the 23rd, and still no reply. The form is a useless waste of money if I don't know how to fill it out in a legally-accurate way." This time, they replied literally within minutes... by closing my account and sending me an email threatening legal action if I use the form I purchased. They said they will send a refund, which I look forward to seeing. They did NOT post the review that I left on their website. UPDATE: My review has now posted to their website. They have also sent a second very prompt letter now threatening legal action for posting reviews on 3rd party websites (like this one). It's a shame they weren't this diligent in responding to my customer service request...

GBAccount Revoked for choosing wrong document Here is a transcript of our emails. Support has ZERO patience. I chose the wrong document. When I asked for help, they REVOKED MY ACCOUNT!!! Some embecile in Mom's basement is in charge of customer support apparently. I must have interrupted his gaming experience. When I asked for escalation, no change. Their response to me: Your order and payment has been canceled. Your limited license to use our documents, or any derivative thereof, is hereby revoked. We do hope that you find something more suitable to your needs elsewhere. Have a wonderful day. My message to them: I just gave my CC information and mistakenly chose the Trustee Deed. I meant to choose the Beneficiary Deed for Boone County, Missouri. I have not downloaded the Trustee Deed yet. Can you help? Please provide a phone number so I can speak with a person. Thank you, Staff Deeds.com

GBAbsolutely terrible service Absolutely terrible service. They requested forms in a format that was against what the county wanted. They would not answer questions directly and would not allow a call in. The closed my account stating that the program was resolved and when I sent them messages the sent me emails that required me to log into my account, which I could not do because they closed it. Very unprofessional and would not use. They replied to this post telling me to reply on their website, which I did and they deleted that review and blocked my account. COMPLETE SCAM. Of course they are going to only keep the good reviews.

GBI wish I didn’t even have to rate it… I wish I didn’t even have to rate it one star! The forms I purchased were sent as a read only and the password given by deeds.com was invalid so I was unable to fill it out, then the account I used to set it up was deleted. I contacted customer service to see if I could get a new password to unlock the document and they gave me a link to log into my (deleted by them) account. I contacted them again to fix the problem and was told my order had been canceled and refunded and my accounts have been deleted along with a passive aggressive message. I sent a picture of the form to a lawyer to get his thoughts and he said the wording was very off. Couldn’t use the form anyways! Beware of this site.

GBShady Business Practices County said that my deed did not meet the state transfer requirements for a true quitclaim deed. When I then checked the state code section reference, the section wasn't even valid. When I asked them to please provide a correct deed or refund, they cancelled my account (presumably so that I couldn't write a negative review?). At least they did provide a refund. Definitely will not use again, not because they had an error, but due to cancelling the account. Shady.
